Domestic Partner Allowance

The Domestic Partner Allowance is for benefits-eligible (generally full-time) employees who are enrolled in a medical plan and in a relationship with a domestic partner.   Because Genesco does not offer medical coverage for domestic partners, we have created an allowance for employees with same or opposite sex domestic partners who do not have access to medical coverage through their own employer and must obtain coverage through other means, like the Marketplace.   This program provides a monthly allowance for those that qualify.  Please review the Genesco Domestic Partner Certification for more information about the program, and the requirements to qualify.
