To encourage professional growth and development, Genesco offers up to $5,250 per calendar year to eligible employees for tuition, books and associated registration fees.
This benefit is eligible to full-time employees of the Genesco Corporate Offices as well as Regional/District Managers who are considered Corporate.
Eligible Courses:
- Within 30 days of completion of the class, the completed application with signatures, a class description, a receipt of payment of the class and final grades must be submitted to benefits@genesco.com.
- Must be a degree program related to the business activity of Genesco
- Offered by accredited institutions as defined by U.S. Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education
- May include industry recognized certification courses and exams which meet specific requirements
- In person or distance learning courses that meet all other course requirements
