Family Support Leave provides paid time away from work for employees to bond with a new child. The benefit is eligible whether the child is a newborn child of the employee, a newly adopted child or a foster care placement.
What the benefit provides:
Pregnancy/Maternity Leave
Up to 6 weeks of maternity leave pay immediately following the birth of a child.
New Parental Leave
Up to 4 weeks of parental pay leave during the first 6 months with a newborn, newly adopted or new foster child.
*Both maternity and Parental Leave may only be used once per rolling 12-month period. Additional restrictions apply, please review the full policy document attached below.
