Qualifying Life Events

Adding a Dependent

Other than the annual open enrollment period, the only time you can make changes to most of your benefits elections is due to a qualifying life event. If you experience a life event, you must make changes to your benefits elections no later than 30 days from the life event effective date. Team members must provide the necessary documentation (long-form birth certificate for child, marriage license, divorce decree, adoption papers, etc.).
