This plan has been optimized for most Genesco employees healthcare needs – with convenient co-pays on the services you use most (Primary Care, Specialists, Urgent Care and Generic Prescriptions) and comprehensive coverage everywhere else.
If you’re looking for a plan similar to Genesco’s previous PPO plan with a few convenient updates, this is the right BCBST choice for you.

The BlueCross mobile app makes it easier than ever to get the plan information you need, when you need it. Log in using the username and password from your online account. The app provides quick access to Live Online Chat, Digital ID Cards, Care Providers and Costs, and Easy Telehealth Access.

The Tobacco Cessation service (for members 18 years and older) gives members 24/7 nurse support, health coach support, education and physician prescribed treatment, if necessary. Once members are enrolled, they can get regular follow ups from a nurse. Members can also contact the tobacco cessation hotline 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
